MY PRODUCT


Review of the brand: - My brand is about the photography (to capture pictures do photo shoots, event photography etc) it is also about selling my old pictures at good price and people could read my travel blogs .

Product: - The name of the product is “Eakagra Photography” the owner of the brand is Eakagra Galav. He is providing international level photo shoots at really good price. The brand is equipped with very good cameras. The company also give reviews about different cities places, monuments , restaurants in the city etc. 
Objective:-
Specific: - The services that are provided is guaranteed to be hundred percent genuine and economical best content and every type of pictures available which could be bought like of mountains, sceneries, monuments, Arial , clouds ,statues , portraits , environment etc  .
Measurable:- Quality of my pictures and content could be compared with other pictures at different exhibitions and type of shoots provided at different events and team we have could be compared  .
Achievable: - The cost of the services are not so expensive in order to ensure that even some of the people who are lower in their economic conditions can also afford these shoots .
Relevant: - The person who are choosing our services will be ensured that the picture is original and doesn’t have another sold out copy of that neither are tag /logo is fake that is on the picture as a watermark.
Time Limit: - The time limit is also given to all the customer that within a specific time-period they would get the ready picture (after editing) they wanted and they could use that for their personal use etc.

Overall Goal: -The main aim is to get famous across the globe with the perfect captures and the travel stories. People from all over the world book shoots for them from our company.

Audience: - The main audience of the product is the students, teenagers, photographers, travelers who can be inspired from me and my team work. The people who want to join us in our trips.

Message:- The message for each audience is that there are people who use to work out a lot with expensive cameras but couldn’t manage perfect shoot as it is not the the expensive camera it is the skills , the vision you have and the ability to figure out new things, create best frames etc.

Platforms and tools: - The platform for providing the services would be basically online by the company site only because it can ensure the quality and our work till date. The tools to be used are that the professional cameras, tripod stand, photo editor , travelling equipments (vehicle, tents) etc  .

Resources and Requirement: - Through our official site people could join our team as a photographer as a trainee , as a traveler, blogger. On our site there will be full information about our brand and its work, history everything . to join the team one should have knowledge about the the team they want to be part of in our brand and should have some personal accessories and if as a customer requirements are asked then they only need to have a id on our website (verified ) and they could book the shoots by some initial payments.

Metrics: - The probability of success of my brand depends on the audience how much they like my work what are the reviews they get from others after photo shoots or for the picture which they bought from us .

Evaluation: - The evaluation of the success also depends upon my customer that is if they are getting their desired result if they are getting than my brand is successful otherwise it needs some improvements.


Work Plan: - The work plan for my product would be indoor outdoor photography, event captures, use of drone cameras, picture editing, group trips, photo walks etc for this I basically need to spread my brand name and my work which could be done by advertisement and help of social media is necessity these days as social media is used by every age group person across the globe.
